Ray is Chief Operating Officer and a Financial Advisor at Centennial Wealth Advisory, bringing over a decade of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has played a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing client services, and supporting the company’s growth.
With more than 10 years of experience in banking, Ray has developed strong skills in financial advising, client relations, and operational leadership. This background, combined with a commitment to client success, enables him to provide comprehensive financial guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals.
Ray earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies with a minor in Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University in 2006. With his background in education, Ray values clear communication and teaching—skills he uses to help clients understand their financial choices. Ray has passed the Series 65 securities exam, qualifying him as an Investment Adviser Representative, and he holds a life insurance producer license in the State of Michigan.
Originally from Wyandotte, Michigan, Ray now calls Traverse City home along with his wife, Carrie, and their two sons, Mason and Lucas. Together, they enjoy bike riding, hiking, camping, and exploring all that Northern Michigan has to offer. Ray and his family are also actively involved in their local church and in their boys’ extracurricular activities, reinforcing a strong commitment to family and community.
